FOREMAST to showcase innovative urban freight solutions at the CIVITAS Forum 2026

FOREMAST is pleased to announce its participation in the CIVITAS Forum 2026, Europe’s leading event for sustainable urban mobility, taking place from 15–17 September 2026 in Thessaloniki, Greece.

CIVITAS is the European Commission’s flagship initiative for sustainable urban mobility. For over two decades, it has supported cities in testing, implementing and scaling innovative transport solutions that contribute to cleaner, safer and more inclusive urban environments. The annual CIVITAS Forum serves as the initiative’s premier event, bringing together city representatives, policymakers, researchers, industry experts and mobility practitioners from across Europe and beyond to exchange knowledge, showcase innovation and shape the future of urban mobility.

This year’s Forum is organised under the theme “Roots & Routes: Moving Forward to Competitive, Connected and Resilient Urban Mobility!”, with the programme structured around three key priorities: competitive, connected and resilient mobility.

As part of the exhibition programme, FOREMAST will contribute to one of the Forum’s collaborative Thematic Corners, a new exhibition format designed to foster dialogue, knowledge sharing and collaboration among EU-funded projects and stakeholders working on common mobility challenges.

FOREMAST’s participation will highlight the project’s work on advancing smarter, more sustainable and resilient urban freight and logistics solutions, demonstrating how innovative technologies and data-driven approaches can support cities in improving freight efficiency while reducing environmental impacts. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the project’s latest developments, engage with consortium partners and discuss how FOREMAST’s outcomes can contribute to Europe’s transition towards cleaner and more connected urban mobility systems.

We look forward to meeting fellow projects, city representatives and stakeholders in Thessaloniki and contributing to the discussions shaping the future of competitive, connected and resilient urban mobility.
