FOREMAST is delighted to announce its participation in the upcoming Transport Research Arena (TRA) 2026, the largest transport research and innovation conference in Europe. The event will take place from 18 to 21 May 2026 in Budapest, Hungary, under the theme “Re-Generation in Transport”, which reflects both continuous technological advancement and the growing contribution of the next generation of researchers.
As part of the Waterborne platform stand, FOREMAST will showcase its vision for smart and sustainable inland waterway mobility, alongside other EU-funded initiatives, including sister project AUTOFLEX. This joint presence offers an excellent opportunity to engage with researchers, industry professionals, policymakers, and project stakeholders, and to demonstrate how FOREMAST contributes to the regeneration of Europe’s transport systems.
In addition to its stand presence at part of Waterborne platform, FOREMAST will also contribute to the conference programme with 4 accepted paper presentations.
